A bookstore manager in New York named Joe Goldberg falls head over heels with a customer, Guinevere Beck, and develops an obsession towards her. He makes use of the information available on the internet to trick Beck into falling in love with him. What happens later on is what You deals with. Guinevere is being portrayed by Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell. Greg Berlanti, of Riverdale fame, and Sera gamble happen to be the executive producers and the co-creators of this show. It premiered on the 9th of September at 9:00 PM ET.
Sierra Burgess Is A Loser
This teen comedy is a kind of a retelling of the play, Cyrano de Bergerac, in the modern times and is directed by Ian Samuels. Shannon Purser, the Stranger Things star, plays the title role of Sierra and is accompanied by Kristine Forseth, R.J. Cyler, and Noah Centineo. The Netflix film deals with Sierra, an intelligent but unpopular teenager who nurtures the dream of getting into the renowned Stanford University. Beauty has its own traditions, and the girl doesn’t quite fit the bill. Her life becomes miserable. Things take a turn when a good-looking high school football player unknowingly gets access to her phone number. What happens next? Well, you need to find that out. The Bad Seed
The horror classic The Bad Seed gets remade into its modern-day version on Lifetime. The television film is directed by A New Kind of Family actor, Rob Lowe. He stars in the film as well, alongside Lorne Cardinal, Cara Buono, and Mckenna Grace. David Grossman, the widowed father played by Lowe, believes that his young daughter, portrayed by Grace, is the personification of evil and a cold-blooded murderer. Beau Willimon, the creator of House of Cards, makes a comeback on television with this web TV series. The show is all about a team of astronauts, and their journey towards being the first human beings ever to set foot on Mars. Apart from telling their story, The First also focuses on their near and dear ones and is all set to take your breath away. Sean Penn plays Tom Hagerty, an integral member of the team, and he stars in the series alongside Natascha McElhone, LisaGay Hamilton, Hannah Ware, Keiko Agena, and James Ransone.
